Change is Coming.

God's Word is an immovable anchor in times of storm. Numbers 23:19

Like a fall tree that has gone through many seasons; my life has been colored with golden moments, ruby red hours, and a variety of shades of green minutes. More change is coming as now is the time for remembrance and letting go for a new season of adaptation.

With breezes and blasts of winds shaking my colorful memories as I sip a cup of tea, I’m warm within from the everlasting gusto of faith. Christ’s lifeblood flows through me. Partaking of wine and bread in remembrance of Him has rooted me in the family of God which comforts my soul.

Now is the time to let go and let fly away unnecessary activities that filled my past. I will make room for what God has for this new season of focus. Allowing the time-honored practices to float on the wind will expose branches of strength in new ways of living on.

Steeping in scripture during this time of lockdown has been a time of renewal, remembrance, and readiness for the changes ahead.

Prayer is life's greatest time saver. 2Thess. 3:1
Therefore, since change is coming, my prayer for you, dear friend, is that you stay rooted in faith, nourished in Scripture, and filled with hope as we wait for the King of kings to return in all His colorful splendor and grace.

Uplifting blessings,
                     Carolyn
